Hello EA Support,
I have a problem with my FC Mobile account.
My main account’s in-game store is completely blank and not loading. However, when I use a guest account on the same device, the store works perfectly.
So this issue is only happening on my main account.
Device: Tecno BG6
Android Version: 13
I have already tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and changing network, but the issue is still not fixed.
