Store Transaction Bug

I bought FC points and the Rafa Marquez 110+4 but none of them have been translated to my account. I bought the FC points today, and the Marquez a couple days ago, and nothing has been in my account. Although. Today during a game it said please log into your application store account, and I don't know what that is.
