Stuck at resource pack downloading screen in Division Rival or Scouting Camp

I don't know why but when H2H or Scouting Camp i always stuck at the stats panel at the left bottom corner saya resource pack downloading 100%, i waited 2 minutes and then the game says please check your internet connection or clean up some local space. What do you mean EA??? I use wifi with low ping and i have 70GB of free space on my phone. Please fix this EA ASAP!!!
