Can't Login

Did this error message just start appearing for you? It recommends rebooting the game, have you tried that?

There may be other troubleshooting steps that I could recommend too, but the steps will differ depending on what phone you're on. Please share what device type you play one; Android/iOS.

In the meantime, before we try any troubleshooting, it's important you have a record of your UID saved somewhere. A screenshot is an easy way to do this. You’ll need it if you’re ever locked out of the game and need our support teams help. Our guide here shares more on that:

Started yesterday and I've not been able to login since. I've rebooted, also deleted the game storage and tried to login again to no avail. I have the UID saved somewhere. Please how can we resolve this, I'm loosing my grind 🙏🏽

I use an android phone btw.
