Stuck on loading screen with music playing but a black screen

After an update of fc 26 mobile, when I was playing division rivals... the game just crushed n I had to log out n tried logging  again and that's when I got this problem of getting stuck on an loading screen with music playing but nothing is happening. I know you guys EA said you're working on it but still, can you guys help us because we'll be falling way behind in collecting shards and in getting league rewards on Thursday since we can't really participate, so it's gonna affect us pretty badly EA
