STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN

Hello EA Team, I’m facing a serious issue with FC Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy A56. The game refuses to open — it either freezes or force closes immediately, even after I tried all the recommended steps such as clearing cache/data, reinstalling, updating both the game and my phone software, and switching networks. I’ve also noticed many other players reporting the same problem on the EA forums, which suggests this could be a widespread bug after the recent update. Please look into this issue urgently and provide a fix or official update, as players are unable to access the game at all
