Stuck on loading screen

I have this problem that I tryied to load the game on my guest acount and then I stuck on the loading screen and since I am stuck there for a day and if I uninstall a game I loose guest progres

Hey. Sorry you’re stuck on the loading screen. Since this is a guest account, please do not uninstall the game yet, because guest/unlinked progress may be lost if the app is removed or the account is overwritten.

Please try these first:

  1. Force-close FC Mobile completely, then reopen it.
  2. Check the App Store/Google Play Store for an FC Mobile update.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Switch networks: try Wi-Fi, then mobile data, or the reverse.
  5. On Android, clear cache only for FC Mobile — do not clear data/storage.
  6. Make sure you have enough free device storage.

Let us know if you use multiple accounts and if you reach the account selection screen.
