Stuttering in game

Specifically, whether I'm playing against the AI or in a head-to-head match, I get a steady 60 FPS, but I experience frequent stutters; while they aren't massive, they get annoying over time. It’s not due to a poor connection, as my internet is good and stable. I should also mention that this happens even when I use a phone cooler and the device temperature is only 31°C. I don't know why this is happening, especially since the gameplay looks smooth when I watch others play. I play with medium graphics and high resolution, while everything else is set to low or turned off. My phone is a Poco X7. Thanks in advance for the help.
