Subject: FC Mobile Ballon d'Or Event – Next Match Not Unlocking
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing a progression bug in the Ballon d'Or event in FC Mobile.
I have successfully completed all the required and optional objectives, including:
- Winning the match
- - Scoring a hat-trick.
- - Achieving the required goal difference.
All objectives are showing green completion ticks, but the next match is still locked and I cannot progress further in the event.
I have tried replaying the match, but the issue persists.
Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Event: Ballon d'Or
Device: Android
Please investigate this issue and fix the progression bug so I can unlock the next match and continue playing the event.
