My FIFA Mobile account shows that it is banned “for hours”, but it has now been more than 48 hours and I still cannot access the game.

I have not received any email or notification explaining the reason or duration of the ban.

I would appreciate it if you could review my account and let me know the exact status of the ban or help resolve this issue.
