Unfortunately, we’re not able to review, change, or restore the result of completed matches, and we also can’t return lost attempts.
When a game becomes unresponsive like this, the only support we can offer is general troubleshooting to help improve the performance of both the app and your device. The following steps are worth trying:
- Fully close the game and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Clear the app cache
- Close background apps before launching the game
- Check that your device has enough free storage and memory available
- Try switching to a more stable connection if possible, as mobile data can sometimes be less consistent during matches
