Subsitutions Glitch On Real Madrid & Liverpool In EA FC 26 PS5

Dear EA Sports, 

I have noticed that when I put substitutions or reserves for Real Madrid & Liverpool on EA FC 26 on my PS5, it is glitchy and I cannot put substitutions or reserves onto those teams.
