Suspension of account without any reason

My game is is [UID Removed - CM]

I was removed from the game without any reason please cheak this if it is a glitch ..... immediately and for this issue I need a compensation

    Where are the steps and if you are an admin can you just reach the offical team to review and mail me the reason of ban .....as in penalty history their is nothing showing and no mail id being sent
