Terrible Manager mode and player's control

Question

WTF is it? I am asking one more time, what an actual f is it? I played 2-2 draw with a guy who's rating is 95 while mine is 116. And I conceded goal on 90+12 minute! PLUS TWELVE!!! HOW just HOW is it possible? And players don't do anything, no pressing no defence nothing. We have difference of TWENTY ONE overall. Are yall developers alright in there?&nbsp;

Im getting sick of this too. Not as bad as that but losing to teams that are way worse than mine barely even upgraded I literally CANNOT get to 20 stars ive probably played aboit 100+ games in the last couple days it’s so bad
