Terrible Manager mode and player's control

WTF is it? I am asking one more time, what an actual f is it? I played 2-2 draw with a guy who's rating is 95 while mine is 116. And I conceded goal on 90+12 minute! PLUS TWELVE!!! HOW just HOW is it possible? And players don't do anything, no pressing no defence nothing. We have difference of TWENTY ONE overall. Are yall developers alright in there?
