The game crash when players get replaced

This is the second time this happened to me today the game crashed and of course i lost. I don't know the reason but i notice it did it when Changing players

    Yeah, you would need to click on the username to report that profile. 

    To report a player or league in EAS FC Mobile:

    1. Press the Report Icon (blue loudspeaker) beside the username or league name.
    2. Select the Reporting Reason from the dropdown list.
    3. Include any additional information in the report.
    4. Click Send to submit the report.

I think it was a hacker ( your opponent )... 

At that moment when everything got freezed , was the emoji buttons working??

If yes then It was a confirmed hacker 👍🏼

    He was a 90's player so probably you're right but how can i report him after the match ended?

      After match ended go to match history then find that match result and go to opponents profile... report him from there by tapping on the 📢 button... And Take screenshot of that players profile then report him in the customer support...

      Though EA not gonna take any action... because EA helps those Hackers personally...but still you can do it 👍🏼
