Have you tried uninstalling, clearing the cache data, and reinstalling the game, along with all the other steps suggested in the link above?

I'm a beginner at the game. I created an account, but the game freezes when I try to learn the basics.

Please try the steps in the Mobile Troubleshooting Guide linked above first. If the issue still persists, let us know your device model, OS version and connection type. 

What mode? DR? PVE? All any game? Also, what troubleshooting have you done, and do you see any errors?
I'd suggest going through the troubleshooting guide 1st.
