The game is touching on it own

You guys if you don't want me to play your it okay rather than punishing me, this my phone is new i bought not less than 2 months how can I playing game and it will touching on it own, I don't really know what i have done to deserve this, I have been playing game over 1 year and now you punching me this way.

In fact you guys don't know how to help in this game, the last this same account was hacked by someone I try to tell you guys but you didn't even bother to help and today too am experiencing this **bleep**, do something about it.
