The game system is a problem.

I didn't play the game at all and was disqualified without me doing anything, causing my points to disappear like I didn't make any excuses.

A more detailed description, please? Did you drop out? Did you see any errors starting with 0x and up to 8 HEX characters, e.g., 0x1290ABEF? If you just dropped out, then the game carried on. You also said disqualified? Next time, capture the message so we can tell you what probably happened and whether it needs to be passed on or reported via in-game options.
