The game won't launch

Hi my name is likhanyile from Postmasburg, South Africa and I have a problem with the EA sports FC mobile game on my Vodacom 4G smart tab 8 it won't launch I've tried everything but it's still the same story so can you please help me I just don't want to miss out on the event that's currently on the game.     All apps running on your device use memory. If you can’t launch or play the game, your device may not have enough available memory to run the app properly.
