The problem with the players' Rank level

I now have around 300 players in my club who have reached the max level of ranking players, and I don't plan on trading them in overtime because their level doesn't meet the conditions for overtime trading and collect tokens, and no one is interested in buying them due to their low level. Can you add an update so that we can transfer the player's level of development as compensation for their efforts? I put into developing them?
