There are players who cheat in the game.
I can't play because other players use game cheat programs to make me lose.

How did you determine that they are cheating? You need to provide more info, ideally a video capture so we can see how the game is exploited and then we can pass this to the devs. Furthermore, if they are truly cheating and you are not just unhappy about the loss, follow the process and report them in-game
