This EA account isn't linked to an FC mobile account.

I've logged in but he says not yet

Thanks. This error often happens when the wrong email address/ EA account is used to sign in. You may have multiple accounts, so please open the page in a new incognito/private tab and sign in again to double-check you’re using the correct credentials.
