This is becoming a joke: 3000 RMB spent, still no Webstore or Player Exchange

Hey EA Team and fellow players,

 

This is honestly becoming hilarious — or maybe tragic, I can’t even tell anymore. I’ve spent **over 3000 RMB (~400 USD)** building my team, reached **Level 22**, used **correct VPN and region settings from day one**, and yet... guess what?

 

**I still can’t access the Webstore or Player Exchange.**

 

Case #213244015 has been open for **over a week**, and here’s my experience so far:

 

- In-game support? Sent 5+ requests. Every time, they say “we’ll look into it,” then *never reply again*.

- Web support? Got transferred between **6 different agents**. All they did was say “you need to contact in-game support.” (Which I did. Again. And again.)

- I even received confirmation from EA Webstore support that **my account is incorrectly assigned to China region**, despite:

  - My email, IP, and VPN being based in **Hong Kong**.

  - Using a **Hong Kong VPN 24/7**, just to ensure consistency.

  - Even **new Hong Kong accounts** can access all features — only **mine can’t**.

 

So, let’s break this down:

> - I followed all rules  

> - I paid real money  

> - I used proper settings  

> - I got ignored over and over

 

And still — **no solution**, just redirects.

 

### Are we serious right now?

 

What am I supposed to do? Reinstall my love for this game? Pay another $400 and hope for a different result? 😂

 

If someone can manually assign my account to the correct region (like every other account that works perfectly), just please do it. I don’t care about apologies, I care about **solutions**.

 

Otherwise, I’ll be forced to:

- Post this story on Reddit, Discord, and social platforms.

- File a **consumer rights complaint** for digital service denial.

- Consider a full refund claim due to product non-functionality.

 

I love football. I love this game. But EA is making it impossible for players like me to stay loyal.

 

To whoever can truly help: **step up**. This is not how you treat paying, dedicated fans.
