Title: Black screen

Subject: Black screen after every match on Samsung Galaxy A15 5G

Hello EA Support,

I have a bug in FC Mobile.

Device: Samsung Galaxy A15 5G (256GB)

Android Version: Android 14

One UI Version: 6.1

After every match, the game shows a black screen. The match never proceeds to the results screen, and there is no Continue button. I have to restart the game every time.

The issue started after I uninstalled and reinstalled FC Mobile. It happens in every match. I have already cleared the cache and reinstalled the game, but the problem still exists.

Please investigate this issue. I can provide screenshots if needed.
