Top 50 logo reward missing after a 42 day long Division Rivals season.

One of the longest Division Rivals since I've started playing the game and the grind to get the top 50 logo in VSA was exhausting.
Despite finishing in top 50 in that insane UTOTS Division Rivals season, the top 50 logo wasn't rewarded.
I have even reached out to customer care regarding this and the only response they have is that they cannot do anything about it.

I understand we have new logos now but all I'm saying is that the division rivals rewards, which were supposed to be given for all the time and effort I've spent over the 42 day season, should be given.

I still see many players having the top 50, top 100, and top 250 logos, it shouldn't be such a difficult task to send them as rewards.
