Topic: Gems and star shards not received after claming free rewards

Hi Ea, A couple of hours after the Ballon d'Or, from a video, I saw that there were free quick multiple-choice rewards. I claimed all the multiple-choice rewards (Mostly gems for all rewards), and I went to use those gems to do drafts, but I saw that my gems did not increase and were the same as if I hadn't claimed any of the rewards. And it showed in the rewards section that I already claimed them when I clearly didn't get anything. Kindly look further into this issue.
