@shxsdaoqw54w can you show us the rest of the screen - you can't claim that prize until you have claimed all the other nodes within the net
Its this issues
- @shxsdaoqw54w can you please post a screen shot showing the net and circle the item that you are trying to claim before you hit the claim button
- @shxsdaoqw54w also - what happens if you click one of the other unopened items in a different net

- @shxsdaoqw54w show me some screen shots of what you are trying to claim - you have shown everything but the node that you are hitting
