totti chapter issue

Hi, EA devs/mods.

I've been having problems recently in the Totti chapter, where I can't claim the Totti logo and armband even after completing all skill games. I've seen before-hand and it let me see, so idk why it doesn't work now. 

(if it helps, i did claim the armband beforehand, but they didn't give me Totti logo along with armband)
