TOTW Players not visible

TOTW Gallery doesn't show any players

    Hi folks, 

    Thanks for flagging this. Sometimes, when buttons don't appear or visuals act out, it can be a cache/syncing issue. To help rule that out, try these steps I've shared below for your devices (iOS guide / Android guide), after making note of your User ID (don't post it in the thread, just keep a copy of it for now while you're still in the game):

    • Clear your cache 
    • Restart your device. 
    • Check that your device and app have the latest updates

     

    If the troubleshooting doesn't sort things out:

    • Send me a DM with your User ID
    • Use this subject line: "FCM -TOTW Players Not Visible"
    • Outline your device type, when you first noticed this issue, and what troubleshooting steps you've tried

     

    I'll pass it on to the team from there.

    Earlier today, I went to the Football Centre to check out the team of the week, but on the tab on the right of the "Play Match" section, there is no button to reveal the team of the week. How can I fix this?
