TOTY bug - Rewards Claiming Issue
Hi everyone,
Couple days ago, I’ve encountered an issue where I’m unable to claim my rewards due to what seems to be a system refresh delay. I completed the necessary requirements to receive the rewards, but they still haven’t appeared as claimable in my account.
If I were only unable to claim the one-day reward Daily Offer A, I wouldn’t mind too much. However, with the TOTY event coming to an end soon, I realized that due to the system refresh issue, I am unable to receive the accumulated milestone rewards for the event. This feels like a significant loss, and I feel that the time and effort I put into the event are not being fairly rewarded.
Therefore, I would like to request assistance or potential compensation for this issue.
I’ve tried refreshing, restarting the game, and even waiting for some time, but the days still haven’t refreshed. It seems like the system hasn’t updated properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround?
Any help or clarification from the community or the EA team would be greatly appreciated.
