TOTY Midfielder Tour: 2nd Run Rewards and Chapter Not Completing

yes i do get the reward on my first run, but on the second i thought i would get it but the reward doesnt pop up, only coins. i even check if i landed at the right tiles and and check wether if my ticket increase or not but still nothing.

• thank u for answer me  👍🏻,i just uninstalled and reinstalled the game...the quest remains uncompleted....btw, what u mean about screenshot of " midfileder chapter" ? i already posted above( i dont think,there is anything else to do,but could u explain better, bc im not seeing anything else, i played everything there(screenshot above))...  and btw, i already completed one "full turn" in this chess(whatever u call it)...and in my second turn, i stepped over a voucher(another bug happened,didnt get reward).....  my id

Hey there — the reward should be granted when you tap the dice. After you landed on the gold tile with the ticket, did you get a reward to claim on your first run?

well it is a bug then, i wonder if there are other people experiencing same bug as mine

Doesn't really matter what turn it is.. you should get the reward if you have landed on it

Hi there—thanks for reporting this. Do you have a screenshot showing the full TOTY Midfielder chapter completed already? Have you tried restarting the game to sync your account again? 

I landed on a path with a ticket as a reward for it, but I didn't receive the reward. This is my 2nd turn on the puzzle.
