Tradable players turned into unreadable player

I had just bought 2 players from the market and I played a few games I got off and when I came back both my players 

Lamine Yamal 

and

Alessandro Nesta

became untradable and after hours they still haven’t changed back to being tradable after doing the tips I’ve seen online on being able to revert it I never experienced this bug and it’s very upsetting they are part of the TOTY untradable thing that makes players untradable but I was not aware of such prior to getting the players. Please fix this EA my user is Kwxir ID (MOD EDIT removed UID) I want my players back i lost so much money because of this and I spent real money those players too. I wasn’t aware of them turning untradable I assumed the activate option was the same as the other badges that boost you but it wasn’t that way.
