Matchmaking and shards exchange bug

My internet was connected and it still showed connection lost and then kicked me out of the game,now it is not even allowing me to play a match.

I had two tradable players and I activated them but after activating them and making them untradable,I am not able to exchange them for shards even though they are untradable now.

Pls fix these bugs it ruins the experience!
