Tradeable Player Became Untradeable After Rank Up
Hello EA Support,
I purchased a 119 OVR TOTS Jonathan Tah from the Transfer Market using coins. The player was tradeable when I bought him. After I ranked him up to 120 OVR using Rank Tokens (obtained from exchanging Mascherano), the player became untradeable and now shows "This player cannot be traded."
I believe this is a bug because the player was originally purchased from the Transfer Market. Please investigate and help restore the player's tradeable status.

99.9% of these I have seen or heard about was an accidental conversion in the badges where you can convert all tradeables. You can try raising a ticket via the in-game menu, but I wouldn't have big hopes.
