Transaction Successful but not for The System

I had purchased the Rs 39 (40+40) FP Pack. In the first transaction, the rewards were available, but for the second transaction, no rewards were given, and a Pop-Up message said, 'Transaction Failed'. I would like to either have a refund of my money or providing me with my deserved rewards.
