UCL BUG - UEFA DREAMCHASERS - Chapter 1 not refreshing

Dear EA Team

I just finished two daily skill games, but suddenly the next match appears to have already been played, and the prizes cannot be claimed. Simultaneously, "The Duels" game is locked and cannot be played.

I've attached a screenshot below. Please review and fix it immediately. Thank you.

Even though I haven't played a single club duels in "The Duels" section it's locked, I can't complete those duels and claim the rewards, please do something, I think not only me many other users also face the same issue.

I am running into the same bug. 4 duels matches are locked because the match that unlocks them is defined as played but I haven’t played it, only 2 skill games has been played 

Exactly the same issue with me!

Yep, same problem. Completed both skill challenges, but the “complete” button is dead for the match that provides you access to the duels.

I face the same issue

After completing the 2 skill games in the ucl chapter 1 it showing my match is completed but i didn't even get to play the match and because of this i can't play the 4 duals

I played the Carriers event and the skill games, and when I tried to play the match, it was given that it had already been played.

After completing the two skill games the green mark of the match is checked while I didn't play it and the duels are still unlocked
