Unable to buy "Elite Monthly Supply Card"

Community ManagerRebux3454 The team has taken another look at this, and one possible cause is that the App Store account on the device may not be fully signed in or may be different from the Apple ID originally used to download FC Mobile. If that happens, some purchases may not sync correctly.
Could you please check that you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to download FC Mobile, then launch the game again and test the purchase once more?
Let us know how it goes after that.

Thank you and the team for checking this out.
I did check all my details and was not able to solve the issue.
Some sidenotes:
When i started playing FC Mobile in Januari 2026 i used a diffrent credit card on my Apple ID.
Since then i changed cards and had to connect another creditcard to my Apple ID.
So when i orignally downloaded the game i did use a diffrent creditcard.
However i've been using the same creditcard since 25 Januari 2026 and all playments have been made with this card.
And the problem i've been encountering started only started about a month ago, all payments since then worked.
Also the purchases seem to sync correctly since i've been able to buy the buy the montly streak packs until "Monthly streak pack VI"
The old streak packs I, II & III are not longer visible in the store (because i've allready purchased them).What i tested since this message:
I checked if my creditcards are linked to my Apple ID (both on phone & computer).
--> This is the case they are connected & functioningI Removed my creditcards on my Apple ID and reconnected them through a bank verification.
I unistalled the app & reinstalled with both cards linked to my Apple IDI tried making a purchase to see if they were propperly linked.
--> The purchase workedSo the problem seems not solved by checking all creditcard details & reconnecting them.
I also checked the Android phone again and it is still possible to make the purchases through the old phone.Hello Pulsar,
Not an update from my side but i saw a Reddit post about someone who has the same problem as me.
Seems like the problem is getting bigger.
