Unable to Exchange my Players into Shards

Recently, I wanted to claim the new 122 Dembele from the star signings by exchanging my 120 UTOTS Olise to shards first. I took him out of every lineup and gameplans, as well as from the 3rd Anniversary Gauntlet lineup. However, when I came back to the signings section, I saw that he was still blacked out and it said "In Lineup". I have no idea for other places to check, except the Gauntlet Kickoff, which is not accessible to me, and I am unable to remove him.

    Same problem for me. Players are unable to be transferred into shards because they’re in my lineup, even if they are not.
