i have about 13 players who are level 30 currently, and several more that I levelled up in the past (whose training I transferred, or discarded, or used in some other way). The quest which requires me to level up 18 players to level 30, only shows that I have levelled up 6 out of 18 players, which is wrong.
You might have levelled up those 7 cards before reaching that particular task and levelled up the other 6 after reaching the task. Maybe that's why it doesn't count. Am I correct?
You can try to transfer their training to some other card and then transfer it back. For example Henry to Modric(Level up Modric to 30 from 29) and then again to Henry(again level Henry up from 29 to 30). This way you levelled up 2 cards to level 30. It might count only 1 time for those 6 cards which the game has already counted (assuming I am correct).
Edit: I reached out to the EA customer support in FC Mobile. I was told that an advisor will reach out and help me. So far, I have gotten no support.
