Unavailable ads and freezing H2H

Dear Fc Management Team. During one of the updates of the game my account had derived a problem where it whould not allow me to watch ads. Whenever I have tried to watch an ad, the game just says that there are no ads available.

I also have a problem where my phone freezes while playing H2H games. Currently it has not cost me a game, but I am concerned that it might cost me, and maybe even other people, from being successful in the game. I do hope too hear from you soon.
