Unclaimed items problem
When the ranking group rewards in h2h i want to claim rewards so it isn't claimed is 2000 gems

It has been a problem for weeks or months.
If you don't receive the gems in Vsa then you will receive them together in H2h, if not in H2h, then you will receive them together in Manager mode. If you don't receive them in Manager mode, then you will receive them after closing and again reopening the game as 'unclaimed rewards pack'.
This happens every week!
