Unfair Matchmaking in FC Mobile – Counter Attack Mode Issue

I am a 119 OVR player in FC Mobile, currently playing Counter Attack mode. I have 9 stars and I am about to reach 10. However, I am constantly being matched against players with 122 overall ratings and around 30 stars. This situation has happened many times, not just once.

There is a clear imbalance here. A 119 OVR player with 9–10 stars should not be regularly matched against a 122 OVR opponent who has three times more stars. The difference in squad strength, player stats, and overall gameplay advantage is obvious. In these matches, the opponent’s team is faster, stronger, and more effective in every aspect, which directly affects the outcome of the game.

Because of this unfair matchmaking, I lose matches that I would not normally lose against players at a similar level. These losses do not reflect my skill or performance, but rather the system forcing me into uneven matchups. For this reason, I do not accept these defeats as fair or legitimate losses.

Counter Attack mode should prioritize balanced matchmaking based on overall rating and star level. When the gap is this large, it ruins competitiveness and player motivation. A ranking system should reward skill, not punish players by matching them against clearly superior teams.

This issue needs to be addressed to ensure fairness and a better competitive experience for all players.
