Unknown error Login Failed- Issues with FlashGet Kids app on iOS

I work in IT operations at FlashGet Kids, a parental control company. Some of our users have reported issues running FC Mobile and other EA mobile games on iOS devices protected by FlashGet Kids.

In FC Mobile, users see the following error message when trying to log in to the game:

Error report:
LOGIN FAILED
We've failed to log-in. Please try again.

We've also seen similar issues with other apps, where traffic is being flagged as proxy/VPN. Could this be the case?
