Untradable Cards bought and activated can't be put in shards

I have been facing same issues for some time now, those cards seems useless to me now. EA needs to fix this issue I don't know whether it's a big or intentionally done by EA 

Got the same bug

I bought some 110, 111, 116 players from market. Then I activated them on badge that means they are now untradable. So, why they are not showing on signings my playere. I want to exchange them for shards so I can sign a player.

I can't see my tradeable cards for star shards.  Just in case I missed it, is it possible to do that?

Also did anyone exchange tradeables on UTOTS exchanges.  I have some coins, so wanted to buy and put them in. Plz advise.

I cannot cannot exchange my 113 player due to any sort of bug in the game

My "Ihattaren" could'nt be a Shard.. he's have'nt untradable logo but he's untradable. I don't know the bug in the shard system or tradable/untradable system.. i hope ure fixed it early
