Untradable Cards bought and activated can't be put in shards

I bought three 117 players from market which is BINDON ADAMS and ALAJBEGOVIC than i converted them to untradables via team badge players menu.

When i enter star signings my players tab they not visible. I try everything which are suggest ea customer service. Clear bench lock unlock player etc. Last message they decide it was bug and they will fix it. 

Does anyone has same issue?

I missed that update bro.. but don't understand why such rule. I can't buy gems with coins, shards with coins, good cards with coins and finally now they are closing indirect route to get some shards so that we can use the coins we got.  Really ridiculous, I always thought it could be a bug :( 

In TOTS event, news section, there was info that tradables can't be used for star shards

Why I can’t use them? I need shards but I am not able to use them. They do not appear in.. please help somebody 

If this was a bug should have been top of EA list as cards loose value with time.  If this was intentional than one more death nail to the coffin market has been downed into.

But at the least we deserve an explanation whether it should work or not

I have been facing same issues for some time now, those cards seems useless to me now. EA needs to fix this issue I don't know whether it's a big or intentionally done by EA 

Got the same bug

I bought some 110, 111, 116 players from market. Then I activated them on badge that means they are now untradable. So, why they are not showing on signings my playere. I want to exchange them for shards so I can sign a player.
