Untradable player instead of tradable player

Hi. In my account I reached the “Legendary I” rank on “Manager mode”, and for that I would get awards, and one of that is 109-115 tradable player. But when I reached, the game gave me untradable player. And it was the same in lower ranks also, but only now I want to say about that to you. Can you check that, because it’s not been in other modes - in “VSA” and “H2H”??
