Unusual Game Mechanics

I have an ovr of 113 but

1. I struggle to play with even players rated 68. My passes are always delayed and my players always take extra touches before releasing balls no matter how fast I try to play. My passes are misguided and opponents just walk through my defence like it doesn't exist because the spaces are so huge with no player movements
2.  The AI makes the game so hard for me play especially in the opponent's final third, so many weird, manipulative things happen. I lose balls so easily and my players try to just give the ball away for no reason. They try to play the ball close to the opponent's player in anticipation that they lose it, kind of the AI trying to take the ball from my player. I play games against an opponent and the AI. 
3. I do not know if it is something I have not done or an update I don't have. Opponent's defences are so compact with little spaces and all players moving to come back and defend whenever they lose balls upfront. I don't see the same with my players. My defenders are always pulled to the center line and midfielders and wing backs do not move back when I am under attack. It all feels the AI trying to make sure I lose games. I use a good phone with good memory size and all background apps closed but I face these issues almost every game especially when I win two or three games in a row. Winning games in a row triggers these events where I am forced to lose. 
4. I have done everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the same thing happens. I haven't progressed because of these things. What has convinced of AI manipulating my games is the fact that even against a 68 ovr team, I almost drew. The opponent could still pass around and score despite all the pressure I tried putting on his players. I had to play sp hard just to win 2-1. If nothing is done about this, I may have to delete the game because I don't know why I am playing if the AI won't allow me to progress on merit by giving me games on equal terms!
