URGENT: item purchase bug

Hi, I'm writing to report an issue that i encountered just now.

In the attachment, there was a daily pack worth MYR1.99. Now it is not visible as it is being purchased by me. However, i was charged twice, and the rewards did not sent to me. It supposedly should send me 10+ draft tickets, a tots player and couple hundred gems etc if i can recall. Please help on this. Thanks
