Urgent: Please unlock 60 FPS and High Graphics for Redmi Note 15 4G

Hello FC Mobile Developers,

I am writing on behalf of the growing community of Redmi Note 15 4G users. Our device features the new MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra processor, which is highly capable and runs heavier games like PUBG Mobile smoothly at 60 FPS with high graphics.

However, in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, the 60 FPS and High Graphics options remain completely locked/grayed out. The game engine treats this newly released chipset as an unsupported device.

Since this is a very popular new smartphone in the market, please optimize the game for the Helio G100-Ultra chipset and release a server-side patch or an update to unlock these graphics options as soon as possible.

Device Specs:

• Model: Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 4G

• CPU: MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra

• GPU: Mali-G57 MC2

• RAM: 8GB / 12GB

Thank you for your support and hard work
