I exchanged 5 tots players for their utots version. However out of 5, I am only able to see 2 of them in my squad. Even the tots versions of the cards are gone. The players i used for the exchange are also gone. The exchange page says I have done the exchange and even the badge says that i have those players. Please look into this issue and give me the players back.
I exchanged my vitinha to utots and the XP bar also increase and I claim him but utots vitinha has not claimed in my account.
Please search my account and spectate that I have exchanged vitinha but not claimed.

I traded my vitinha for the utots one, but I simply just didn’t get it back.Its odd how I traded for UTOTS dembele and received it, but I didn’t receive my vitinha.Ea pls fix this
The same happened with me.
I got Dembele and vitinha when i exchanged them. But I didnt get yamal, rice and pedri after exchanging them.
They are just gone, I can't find them anywhere. Even the tots version and all the players i used to exchange them are gone.
I could have used the exchange requirements to buy messi or someone instead. This is really worrying.

Wow man hope they fix it. Did you happen to see the deluxe Deal btw, they had offered 30 vouchers and 7500 shards for 4500 fcp but now it's gone idk why
28 may 2026 . After fc mobile updated I log on game and I had 60 players with 117 116 and 115 I had dembele and Messi base tots version and I went to exchange them on utots exchanged both of them and I already have Messi utots where is dembele?? I reinstalled the game rested my phone nothing works I can't find the dembele card but in exchange it says , " exchange completed limit: 1 " . What do I do now I grinded all day for this and now I have to see this???

Around 8:10-8:15AM CST, I used 15 deluxe vouchers. I remember getting two 117 over players but I checked my reserves and there's only 1. Where's my other one? Fix it!
