UTOTS store chain bugged

In the store’s new buy 6 bundles get a free UTOTS player chain, I bought all six prior packs but the final reward is still locked (you can see in the video attached there are no more packs to buy and its still locked). 

The issue might be that I bought the la liga tots bundle on day 1 and the rest of the leagues day after. And the la liga pack never refreshed on day 2 so the game prolly still thinks im missing one.

If anyone knows a solution please help me out.
